Miss Lauri has been dancing in several areas of dance since the age of four. At the age of 19 she was chosen for the short lived dance tv program called Dance Quake at the Palace Night Club. For the past 8 years she has been studying under the direction of Miss Paula at the Dance Complex. Over the years, Lauri was a member of the senior dance team where she performed at Disney’s Epcott  and other local arenas. Lauri has competed in many dance competitions and holds gold and high gold medals in regional and national competitions.

Lauri completed the Dance Teachers Club of Boston Teacher Education course in 1998. In 1999 she competed in Las Vegas at the national Kids Artistic Revue Competition where she won top medals for her solo and group performances. She has attended many master classes in dance with outstanding faculty from around the country.

In 2001, Lauri graduated from Suffolk University with a BS in Sociology and a minor in elementary Education. She was married in 2002 and is the mother of a beautiful baby girl Gianna Rose. In the future Lauri hopes to continue her dance education to pass on her knowledge to her students. Currently, she is a make up artist for MAC Cosmetics in Saugus, Ma.
